Felicisima CALDERON
KEARNEY — Felicisima O. Calderon, 78, died May 6, 2002. The body will be 
returned to the Philippines for services, and burial will be at Viga Catanduanes 
Cemetery in Viga Catanduanes, Philippines. She was born Aug. 12, 1923, in 
Viga Catanduanes to Lazaro and Macaria (Obin) Abdun. She married Pedro 
Calderon, and they lived in the Philippines, Germany and Texas. Her husband 
died in 1984. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two 
infant daughters. 

Minerva ERICKSON
BROKEN BOW — Minerva D. Erickson, 92, of Broken Bow died May 5, 2002. 
Arrangements are pending with Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow. 

Stella HELMS
HOLDREGE — Stella E. Helms, 100, of Holdrege died May 5, 2002. 
Services at First United Methodist Church in Holdrege. Burial at Prairie 
Home Cemetery in Holdrege. Nelson-Harris Funeral Home in Holdrege in charge. 
She was born July 10, 1901, in Williamsburg Township near Overton to Peter 
and Ida (Johnson) Olson. On Feb. 16, 1920, she married Stephen Just. Her 
husband died Jan. 23, 1934. On Oct. 21, 1944, she married Harold Adams. 
He died in Feb 1973. In June 1983, she married Reinhold Helms. They lived in 
Holdrege until his death in 1996. In addition to her husbands, she was 
preceded in death by a son, eight brothers, two sisters and a granddaughter.

Orville HINDS
COZAD — Orville W. Hinds, 86, of Lexington died Monday, May 6, 2002. 
Services at Reynolds-Love Chapel in Lexington. Burial will be at Greenwood 
Cemetery in Lexington. He was born Sept. 26, 1915, in Lexington to Hugh 
and Betsy (Biggs) Hinds. On Oct. 12, 1940, her married Bernittia Plummer 
in Lexington.

Darolin JENSEN
HOLDREGE — Darolin C. Jensen, 61, of Holdrege died April 30, 2002, at 
his home. Arrangements are pending with Nelson-Harris Funeral Home in Holdrege.

Freda LINDAU
MINDEN — Freda Lindau, 83, of Hildreth died May 6, 2002. 
Arrangements are pending with Jelden-Layton Funeral Home in Hildreth.

Carl SCHNEIDER
OMAHA — Carl "Carlie" Schneider, 79, of Elwood died May 6, 2002. 
Arrangements are pending with Berryman Funeral Home in Cozad. 

Gertrude WILHELMY
KEARNEY — Gertrude E. Wilhelmy, 90, of Kearney died May 3, 2002. 
Services at Faith United Methodist Church. Burial will be at Kearney 
Cemetery. Horner-Lieske-Horner Mortuary in charge. She was born 
May 18, 1911, in Poole to John and Anna (Gehrts) Reiter. On April 10, 1930
she married Paul Wilhelmy in Omaha. Her husband died May 24, 1996. 
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, two 
brothers, a sister and a granddaughter.
