SERVICES IN CALIFORNIA FOR BETHEL JOHNSON
Services for Bethel Johnson, age 70, of Palmdale, California were held Saturday, May 17, 1980, in the Presbyterian Church of Palmdale.
Burial was in the North Platte Cemetery with the Rev. Edward Holub officiating.
Mrs. Johnson passed away Tuesday, May 13, 1980, at the Antelope Valley Hospital, Lancaster, California.
She was married to Forrest Johnson in 1929 and they lived in the Stapleton community until 1941 when they moved to Hawthorne, California. �
In 1954 the family moved to the Palmdale area.
Survivors include her husband, Forrest, one son, Donzel of Lake Havasu City Arizona and one daughter Doris Cassleman of Reseda, California and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son Kenneth; her parents, George and Ethel Bay and one sister, Velma Bakewell.
