Diller Children
These are the (surviving) children of Samuel W. & Anna Marie (Greider) Diller who came to Jefferson County in 1878. The father, Samuel W., was the nephew of Samuel Diller for whom the town of Diller is named. They are, from left to right, Eugene (Gene) Samuel Diller (1879-1958), Catherine (Kate) R. (Diller) Blauser (1878-1900), Horace (Hod) Zoellin Diller (1871-1947), David Heikes Diller (1866-1950) and Effie Belle (Diller) Clark (1882-1972).
Anna Marie (Greider) Diller 1845-1913 wife of Samuel W. Diller, daughter of John & Catherine (Heikes) Greider.
Agnes Rebecca (Clark) Diller 1870-1938 wife of David Heikes Diller, daughter of Samuel & Rebecca (Ewart) Clark.
David Heikes Diller 1866-1950 son of Samuel W. & Anna Marie (Greider) Diller and husband of Agnes Clark.
Samuel W. Diller son of Abraham & Nancy (Diller) Diller, nephew of Samuel Diller for whom the villiage was named and husband of Anna Marie Greider.
