History

Fones Lewis Cole was the son of Jeremiah Cole of Rhode Island, and Hannah (Lighthall) Cole of  New York.  Fones Lewis Cole was born in Broadalbin, Montgomery County, New York, January 15, 1826 – June 25, 1905 and buried in the Grafton Cemetery, Grafton, Fillmore County, Nebraska.

 

Lucy Jane (Brown) Cole was the daughter of John A. Brown of New York and Sally Ann (Waite) Brown of New York.  Lucy Jane Brown was born in Union Mills, Montgomery County, New York, May 10, 1831 – January 11, 1916) and buried with her husband in Grafton Cemetery, Grafton, Fillmore County, Nebraska.
