Deed from Elias Frame & wife Mary. The deed was for 5 acres.
Legal Discription: NW of SE4, Sec12, Twp30, R24

It is located on the Leonard Pelc ranch land, northwest of Johnstown, Ne. Stones are pushed over , broken and buried. Large cedar near north side of Cemetery. Fenched, but open so cattle enter.

The first buriel in the cemetery was Lew Jones, killed by log from roof of first store. No dates available. The 11 year old son of Charles Cowley & wife was killed by a log while erecting the log house. No date is known. They were early settlers at Johnstown(1879-1880)
