He had a land grant in Dickinson ND, patent # 406778 and died in Dickinson Nd onÊ Jul 18, 1934. He was a farmer and supplied Dickinson and surrounding areas with milk, eggs, meat, vegetable and coal. Dickinson U is sitting on my grandfathers land. There is a old sod house that is your historical landmark with my grandmothers name on it. Hjodes Remme, she gave birth to 21 children in that sod house. Ê I have a famous cousin from Dickinson and I am sure you know this name Skip Holms, pilot. //

23 July 2006 I am looking for information on Peter (born 1876) and Katherine (Rech) Siller (born 1878). They came to the Mott, Richardton area of Stark County in 1903 from Scecany, Torontal, Hungary, I believe. I would like to know if any other family members of either came to America. Katherine had a very good friend, Barbara Schneider, married to a Yonny who farmed in the same area. I would like to know if Katherine and Barbara were sisters or just good friends. //
