Clara Josiphine FJARLI. I am looking for a birth certificate for her, my grandmother. She was b. 23 Mar 1891 in Towner, McHenry Co, ND. She is the daughter of Lewis Olson FJARLI and Julia Amanda HALVORSON. Can someone do a census lookup for 1900 and give me the data? I had understood that all records were burned.
