Loring Cemetery

The NE Quarter of the NE Quarter of Section 32 in Township 144 N Range 91 W
Loring Cemetery is located about 3-1/2 miles south of Dodge. It is remotely located and difficult to get to. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required to get to this cemetery, at least for the last 8 tenths of a mile where there is no road, just barely even tire tracks. There is no sign welcoming visitors to Loring Cemetery. It is fenced and partially mowed (the west half where the graves are). There is some evidence that cattle have been allowed to graze here.

As of April 15, 2003, there were 10 markers for 14 individuals. There appeared to be no obvious visual evidence of any unmarked graves, however, since this list was created only from tombstone transcriptions, it is considered incomplete.
