Ordered by the Court that Frances Watts wife and Relick of George Watts deceased have Letters of Administration of all and Singular the Goods and Chattles Rights and Credits of the said Deceased She proposes for Security Moses Moore and Peregrine Magnis. accepted.
October term 1771
Frances Watts Returns an Inventory of the Estate of George Watts, Deceased, as administrator of the said estate prayed an order of sale which was accordingly Granted.
July term 1772
Ordered by the court that [Robert McAfee stricken] Benjamin Harden be appointed Gardian of Rachel, Leah, Jacob, and Frances Watts orphans and minors under the age of Fourteen Years Children of George Watts Deceased. the Guardian proposes for Security William Gilbert and Ja's Bochanon bound in one Hundred pounds proclamation money. Accepted & bound.

Jacob Watts an orphan child of George Watts Deceased came into Court and made choice of James Taylor as his Guardian when it was Ordered by the Court that s'd James Taylor be appointed Guardian to Elea & Frances Watts orphan Children of the s'd deceased securities proposed Thos Welch & Sam'l Blackburn Bound in £100. accepted.

Ord'd that James Taylor Guardian of the orphan Children of George Watts dec'd be Summon'd to be and appear at next Court to give in further securities as to his Guardianship of said orphans.

Benjamin Harden late Guardian to the children of George Watts Dec'd to wit Rachel, Leah, Jacob, and Frances minors produced in Court a Settlement of the Shares of s'd Deceaseds estate becoming due to the s'd minors, to wit: a ballance of £22 9 which was approved of by the Court. Ordered that the said ballance be lodged with Andrew Neel Clerk of this Court and to be by him delivered to James Taylor the present Guardian when applied for.
