Ms Ruth Ann Medford, 79, of 191 Beaver Street, Forest City, NC, passed away Thursday, July 8, 2010. Services were held at The A C McKinney Memorial Chapel M Burton Funeral Home Chapel, Burial followed in Cliffside Cemetery.
Ms Medford was preceded in death by her parents, George Conley and Carrie Jane McKinney Medford.
She is survived by 1 son, George Medford of Forest city, NC.
