Mrs Margaret Adams Price, 83, of 427 Brookside Dr, Shelby, NC, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2010. Services were held at the A C McKinney Memorial Chapel. Burial followed in Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs Price was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Roscoe Jimmie (R J) Price; her parents, Henry Franklin and Ella Mae Ratliff Adams; infant son, Roscoe Jimmie Price, Jr; and 2 brothers, Henry Franklin Adams Jr and Clayton Eugene Adams.

She is survived by 1 daughter, Linda Price of Shelby, Sugar Price; 2 sisters, carrie Lee Adams Teague of Shelby and Eloise Adams Kimsey of Rock Hill, SC; and special family members, Beula and Steve Mckee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cleveland County Humane Society, 1609 E Marion Street, Shelby, NC 28150.

McKinney-Landreth Funeral Home, Cliffside is serving the family.
