Mr Larry Davis, 47, of Cornelius NC (formerly of Spindale NC), passed away Saturday April 10, 2010. Private Services will be held at a later date.

Mr Davis was preceded in death by his parents, Don Earl and Eunice Elizabeth Coffey Davis.

He is survived by a number of cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
