Mrs Hazel Long Beam Dale, 91, of Rutherfordton, NC, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2010. Services were held at Mt Hebron United Methodist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Mrs Dale was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Frank Ray Beam; and her parents, Charlie and Celia Marks Long.

She is survived by her 2nd husband, J W Dale of the home; 1 son, Joe Beam of Rutherfordton; 2 grandsons; and 2 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Mt Hebron United Methodist Church, 2869 Hudlow Road, Forest City, NC 28043.
