    The following information was recently places before the House of Commons in reply to questions asked by D. King Hazen, M.P. Saint John Albert:

  1. What property or properties have been purchased at Pennfield Ridge, Charlotte County, New Brunswick, for an airport site ?

  2. What is the name of the person or persons from whom each property was purchased ?

  3. What is the acreage of each property that was purchased ?

  4. What amount did the government pay for each property so purchased ?

  5. What amount has the government expended to date for field development, lighting , water and buildings on the properties being purchased?

  6. To what use are the properties now being out ?

   1, 2, 3, 4, Estate of John Boyd, 204.5 acres, $5,000.00; Annie Allen Sparks, 47.6 acres, $1,980.00; James Boyd , 45.8 acres, $960.00; Ernest McDowell, 60.0 acres, $2,865.00; Ernest Hawkins, 51.2 acres, $2,887.00

   The following purchases awaiting approval of Order-in-Council, which covers additional land.

   Estate of John D. Dunbar and Melvin R. Dyer, 104.5 acres, $1,610.00; Mrs. Gladys Borthwick, 58 acres, $2,450.00; James U. Boyd, 7.9 acres, $320.00. Rupert G. Hawkins, 33.4 acres, $638.00; Roy and Cole Bridges, 41.3 acres, $1,652.00
