The appointment is announced of Ernest S. Hill as maintenance engineer of No.2 Air Navigation School at Pennfield Ridge, and also his commission in the rank of Flying Officer in the R.C.A.F. Mr. Hill has been located at Pennfield since the Fall of 1940 in the capacity of inspector during the construction period.
