Air Cadets At Pennfield

Air Cadets At Pennfield
Transcribed by G. Christian Larsen

Two groups of air cadets, from New Glasgow and Windsor in Nova Scotia, left early last Friday morning to return home after ten days in Summer training at the R.C.A.F. station at Pennfield. The boys were in command of their own officers and were quartered in buildings on the South side of the highway. During their stay at the airport they had an opportunity to put their study of theory to practical use, and for the first time were this year taken on familiarization flights in aircraft based at the station.
