Glenna wrote: "Here is the obit for my mother-in-law which was published in the Saint Croix Courier on December 24, 2002. There is a couple mistakes in the obit and they are as follows: Survived by 18 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.(not 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren as stated) Predeceased by 'one' sister, Dorothy (Thurber) Brown. PARKER, Eunice Mary - The death of Eunice Mary Parker occurred at the Campobello Lodge Nursing Home on Monday, Dec. 16, 2002 after a period of failing health. Born in Campobello, N.B., she was the daughter of the late William and Jessie (MacDonald) Thurber. She is survived by one daughter; Jessie Brown (William); four sons, Vernon Parker (Mildred), James Parker (Juanita), Ermine Parker (Glenna) and Medford Parker; one sister, Gladys Colwell; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Romaine Parker; son, Mayford; one brother, Morton, and two sisters, Gladys and Dorothy. The funeral was held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, from the Wilson's Beach Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry VanderVeen and Rev. Eldon Colwell officiating. Pallbearers were David Anthony, Henri Parker, William Clemons, Jeffery Lank, Timmy Fletcher and Jamie Parker. Interment took place in Head Harbour Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the church, cemetery fund or to a charity of the donor's choice, would be appreciated. MacDonald Select Community Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St. Stephen, N.B., in care of arrangements.

PARKER- At the Machias Hospital, Maine, Monday October 10, 1994, Romaine Parker, 77, of Wilson's Beach, Campobello, N.B. Son of the late Wm. and Naiomi Parker. He was predeceased by one son Mayford and is survived by his wife, Eunice, one daughter Jessie Brown of Campobello, N.B., four sons, Vernon, James, Ermine and Medford all of Campobello, 18 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.

At the Charlotte County Hospital, January 15, 1990, William Everett Parker of Welshpool, Campobello. Survived by his wife; one uncle and one cousin. Resting at McDonald’s Funeral Home until Wednesday where the body will be taken to St. Anne’s for funeral service on Thursday at 2 p.m. Interment in the St. Anne’s Cemetary.

LUBEC - PARKER, Vernon A., 80, died at his residence, following a long illness. He was born Jan. 12, 1892, son of Wiliam and Naomi (James) Parker of Campobello Island, N.B.

Well-known on the coast of Maine as "Bun", he made his living as a fisherman and resided in Lubec for the past 56 years. He was a member of the Orange Lodge of New Brunswick, and the Odd Fellows Lodge in Lubec. He was a member of the Christian Temple Church of Christ in Lubec.

Surviving are his wife, Maxine (Davis) Parker; two daughters, Mrs. John (Evelyn) Barker of Lubec, and Mrs. Paul (Jean) Gay of Lexington, Mass; one son, Donald G. Parker of Lubec; two sisters, Mrs. Stanley (Ada) Mitchell of Campobello Island, N.B.; Mrs. Lloyd (Lillian) McBride of Lubec; one brother, Romaine Parker of Campobello Island, N.B.; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; six foster children.

Funeral services will be held at the Christian Temple Church of Christ at 2 p.m. Sunday. Interment will be at the Hilltop Cemetery, West Lubec. Friends may call Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Leighton Funeral Home in Lubec. Date: 1973

Everett Harold Parker (Jr.) - The death of Everett Harold Parker (Jr.) of Campobello, New Brunswick, occurred at the Charlotte County Hospital on February 1, 2006. Born in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, he was the son of the late Everett Harold and Beatrice (Calder) Parker.

He is survived by daughter, Dianna (Jamie) Parker of Campobello; sons, Danny (Valerie) Parker of Campobello and David (Judy) Parker of Florida; grandchildren, Rebecca, Brett, Cameron and Gavin. A graveside service will be held 2 pm on Monday at the St. Anne’s Anglican Church Cemetery, Welshpool, New Brunswick, with Rev. Charles Smart officiating.

For those who wish, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. Anne’s Anglican Church would be appreciated. MacDonald Select Community Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St. Stephen in care of arrangements.

PARKER , Irene Sharon – The death of Irene Sharon (Chute) Parker of 962 North Road, Welshpool, Campobello, occurred at her residence on Thursday, September 7, 2000. Born in Eastport, Maine, she was the daughter of Margaret (Colwell) and Hiram Chute. She is survived by her husband, Medford Parker; her parents; one brother, Harvey Chute; several nieces and nephews. The funeral was held on Sunday from the North Road Baptist Church, Campobello with the Rev. Donn Williams and Kevin Howe officiating.

Campobello - Mrs Everett (Eileen) Parker, 31, died January 18 1970 at Campobello following a long illness. Survivors include her parents Louis and Cecilia (Maloney) Lingley of Lubec; her husband of Campobello; four sisters, Mrs John (Bertha) Newman of Campobello; Mrs Milo (Jeannine) Haskins, Mrs Donald (Elaine) Campbell and Mrs Allen (Carolyn) Mitchell, all of Lubec. Her grandmother Mrs. Ada Maloney of Lubec; and several aunts, uncles, and neices

Funeral services and burial were in Welshpool Campobell.

Bradley Parker Submitted by Heather Waddingham Added February 2008

Sympathy is extended to Mr and Mrs Ermine Parker on the death of their infant son Bradley Ermine, age eight months, who passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Feb. 4th. Funeral service was at the home on Feb. 6th. Rev. Francis Maybey of Wilson's Beach United Baptist Church officiating. Internment was in the church cemetery.
