Survived by her parents; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Malloch of Wilson's Beach; paternal grandmother, Monica Woodworth of Lubec, Maine; paternal grandfather, Normand Roberge Sr. of Los Angelas, California; grandfather, Frank Woodworth of Lubec, Maine; aunts, uncles and cousins. Rested at the Wilson's Beach Baptist Church where the funeral service was held on September 26.

Rested at the Christian Temple Church, Lubec, Maine from where the funeral service was held on Saturday, July 25. Interment in the Wilson's Beach Cemetery.

MARION Z. MALLOCH - LUBEC- Marion Z. Malloch, 83, wife of the late Arthur Malloch, died Dec. 5, 1980, at a Lubec nursing home following a long illness. She was born at Grand Manan, N.B., Nov. 28, 1897, daughter of Irving and Hester (Johnston) Zwicker. She was a member of the Congregational Church of Lubec, the Eastern Star of Lubec, and the Ladies Social Union of the Congregational Church. She is survived by one son, Harold Malloch of Eastport; two daughters, Mrs. Jean Morrison of Ellsworth and Mrs. Jackie McCann of Lubec; two sisters, Mrs. Rhoda Cambridge of Portland and Mrs. Ruth Hutchinson of Lubec; one granddaughter, Fern DiPietro of Portland; two grandsons, Scott and Christian Malloch, both of Eastport; one step-grandson, Gilbert Murphy of Eastport; two great grandsons, Christopher and Danny DiPietro, both of Portland. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at the Congregational Church in Lubec with the Rev. Richard Freeman officiating. Interment will follow at the Olson Cemetery.

LUBEC- Arthur Mallock, 86, died Oct. 18, 1980, at a Portland hospital following a short illness. He was born at Campobello Island, N.B., April 28, 1894, the son of Daniel and Eugenie (Mitchell) Mallock. He was educated at Lubec schools, was a graduate of the University of Maine as a pharmaceutical chemist. He practiced his profession for a few years, and was later employed by the R. J. Peacock Canning Co. as the captain of a sardine carrier. He retired in September 1980. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Marion (Zwecker) Mallock of Lubec; one son, Harold Mallock of Eastport; two daughters, Jean Morrison of Ellsworth, Mrs. Kenneth (Jackie) McCann of Lubec; one granddaughter, Fern DePietro of Portland; two grandsons, Scott and Christian Mallock of Eastport; one step grandson, Gilbert Murphy of Eastport; two great grandsons, Christopher and Danny DePietro, both of Portland. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at the Congregational Christian Church in Lubec, with the Rev. Richard Freeman and the Rev. Richard McInnis officiating. Interment will be in the Olson Cemetery, Lubec.

MALLOCK At Campobello Lodge Nursing Home, Welshpool, N.B., Mrs. Mildred Hannah Mallock, widow of William A. Mallock of Wilsons Beach, Campobello, October 28, 1990. Survived by three daughters; four sons; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Resting at the McDonalds Funeral Home until Tuesday, when the body will be taken to her home, Wilsons Beach, from where the funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. Interment in the Wilsons Beach Community Cemetary.

MALLOCH, Douglas Brent - The death of Douglas Brent Malloch, of Wilson's Beach, Campobello, N.B., occurred at the Down East Community Hospital, Machias, Me., on Sept. 11, 2005. Born in Eastport, Me., he was the son of the late Whitman and Isabelle (Henderson) Malloch. Survived by his wife, Jeri (Cheney) Malloch, of Brewer, Me.; daughter, Karen Malloch (Justin Sanchez), of Bangor, Me.; sons, Jeffrey Malloch, of New Mexico, and Kevin Malloch, of Bangor, Me.; sister, Wendy (Chris) Smart, of Campobello, N.B.; brothers, Dennis, Ross (Linda), Robert (Margo), and Kennard (Patsy) Malloch, all of Campobello, N.B.; grandchildren, Carrie and Kayla Dinsmore, Jordan and Selena Sanchez; special friend, Sherry Cline and children; several nieces and nephews. The death of John Wellington Malloch of
Wilsons Beach, Campobello, New Brunswick, occurred at the
Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, New Brunswick on August
13, 2006.
Born in Campobello, New Brunswick, he was the son of the late
Walton and Myrtle (Cook) Malloch.
Predeceased by daughter, Verna, sister Martha Mills and brother
Elwood Malloch.
He is survived by his wife Thelma (Tinker) Malloch; daughter,
Vanessa Casey (Paul) of Wilsons Beach; sister, Delphina
Doughty (Loring) of St. George; brothers, Royce Malloch (Sheila)
of Wilsons Beach and Theodore Malloch of Welshpool; 2
grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Wilson Beach United Baptist Church with

MALLOCH, RALPH WESLEY - The death of Ralph
Wesley Malloch of Wilson's Beach, Campobello, New
Brunswick, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on
February 3, 1998. Born in Lubec, Maine, he was the son of the
late James and Elva (Parker) Malloch. He had been employed for
many years with Jackson Brothers for many years until his
retirement in 1982.
He is survived by his wife, Myra (Porter) Malloch; one son, Leonard and his wife Debi of Weymouth, Mass.; two daughters, Cathy MacNeill of Saint John and Norma, Mrs. Mark Calder of Campobello, N.B.; one sister, Irene Teague of Ameville, Texas; five grandchildren, Tom, Veronica, Evan, Matthew, and Alison; several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Wilson's Beach United Baptist Church with visiting on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from Wilson's Beach United Baptist Church with Rev. Donn Williams officiating. Interment will take place in the Head Harbour Cemetery in the spring.

Theodore Calvin
84 of
Campobello Island, passed away April 1st, 2007 at the Campobello
Lodge. Born in Campobello Island he was the son of the late
Walton and Myrtle (Cook) Malloch.
Theodore was a veteran of the Second World War where he was
wounded in France. Following the war he took a position on a
Fisheries Patrol Boat Stationed in Campobello. He then found his
way to Grand Manan Island where he worked for several years in
the fishery at the Connors Sardine Factory and later took a
position on the Grand Manan Ferry where he worked for many years
and made his home in the village of Seal Cove on Grand Manan
Island. In the autumn of 2005 after 60 years Theodore moved into
the wonderful care of the Campobello Lodge and was joyfully
reunited with many of his relatives and childhood friends in his
closing years.
He is survived by his two daughters Charlene Crossman (Jerry) of
Moncton, NB; Lucille Steeves (Walter) of Tuscaloosa Alabama, USA;
his two sons Ralph (Winnifred) of Fredericton, NB; and William
(Katherine) of Seal Cove, NB.; one sister Delphena Doughty
(Loring) of St. George, NB.; one brother Royce Malloch (Sheila)
Wilsons Beach, Campobello, NB. Nine Grand Children, Eight
Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was
predeceased by his wife of 54 years Gertrude (Linton) in 1999;
also one grandson Darren; one Great Grandson Jason; one sister
Martha Mills; and two brothers John and Elwood Malloch.
Visiting Hours will be held at Ells Funeral Home Tuesday from 7-9
pm. The Funeral Service will be held from the Seal Cove Wesleyan
Church Wednesday April 4th, 2007 at 1:30 pm with Rev. Stuart
Steves officiating and Rev. Ward McComiskey assisting. Internment
will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. The family has requested
donations may be made to the Resident Council Fund Campobello
Lodge or to the Gideons. Funeral arrangements are in care of ELLS
FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Route #776, Grand Manan, N.B. E5G 1G2.

VERNON E. 'BUTCH' MALLOCK LUBEC - Butch Mallock, 60, passed away peacefully April 16, 2004, at a Bangor hospital with his family by his side. Butch was born June 13, 1943, the son of Muriel and Elwood Mallock of Campobello Island, New Brunswick, Canada. He was the second of five children.
On October 31, 1964, he married Becky S. Leighton, and together they had two daughters. Lisa Mallock-Ross of Lubec and Melissa M. Pottle of Alexander. Butch was a commercial fisherman for many years before moving to Massachusetts with his wife. He returned to Maine in 1970, where he again enjoyed commercial fishing. In the late 1970s, he joined the United Brotherhood of Carpenter/Millwrights Local 1996, where he worked until this past year. He was an avid hunter and sports fisherman and loved spending time in the outdoors with friends and loved ones. Butch also enjoyed numerous sporting events and especially enjoyed watching the New England Patriots. He was predeceased by his first wife, Becky; and his father, Elwood. Subsequently he was fortunate enough to find love again and recently married Tammy Savage of Lubec. Tammy and Butch were found spending many special weekends at Rocky Lake, where he taught her his expert fishing techniques.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy; his mother, Muriel Mallock; his daughter, Lisa and her husband, Kevin; his grandson, Jordan and stepgrandchildren, Michael, Kevin and Jasmine; his daughter, Missy and her husband, Tony, and grandson, Braden; his sisters, Deanna and Bonnie; and brothers, Howard and Billy; stepchildren, Rhonda and husband, Derek, David and stepgranddaughters, Hope and Mable; a large extended family; a special mother-in-law, Glennys Leighton; stepfamily and many wonderful friends.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 18, at the Lubec Christian Temple Church with Pastor Gary Look officiating. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to McClure Family Funeral Services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rebecca S. Mallock Memorial Scholarship fund, 32 South Lubec Road, Lubec, ME 04652.
