The following obituary was found in a Holy Bible - Maps and Plates (Inscription on inside front cover,) Newspaper clipping with "1920" written in pencil and pasted in book) OBITUARY John A. Keohan. Woodland, Me., Sept. 8 - (Special)- The death of John A. Keohan occurred in Dr. Minor's hospital, Calais, on Saturday, Sept. 4. Mr. Keohan had been in his usual health until Wednesday. He was taken to the hospital on Friday and passed away early Saturday morning in the fifty-first year of his age. He was a son of the late Daniel Keohan, of Sussex (N. B.) He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ada Keohan, an adopted son, James Jones Keohan; his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Loring; a sister, Mrs. Francis Mc Kenney, and a brother, Thomas Keohan, of Oakland (Cal.) The burial was at Campobello.
