JUSTASON, DOROTHY JANE - The death of Dorothy Jane Justason, of Magazine Street, Saint John, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, October 18th, 2003. Born on Campobello Island, she was the wife of the late Harold W. Justason and daughter of the late Albert and Mary Pauline (Calder) Lank. Dorothy lived in Black's Harbour for many years, where she worked for Connors Bros Ltd. and was past President of the Women's Liberal Association. Dorothy is survived by one daughter, Kathleen Doak (Charles) of Rothesay, NB, one brother, Harold W. Justason Jr. of Scarborough, ON, one sister, Elizabeth Lewrey of Florida, grandchildren: Susan, Tanya and Daniel Justason, D. Jayne Brodersen (Philip), Shona Stubbs (Peter), Lisa Cameron (Daniel), Shelley Dauphinee (Timothy) and step-granddaughter, Marlene O'Neill, nine great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one sister, Florence Newman and three brothers, Vincent, Ralph and Alexander Lank. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506) 634-7424, with visitation on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st, 2003 at 1:00 PM, in the chapel at Brenan's Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Pennfield Rural Cemetery.
