Helen C. Eaton, 86, died Friday at a Blue Hill hospital.She was born at Campobello Island, New Brunswick, Canada, a daughter of Henry and Emma DeShon Calder.She was married to Alonzo R. Eaton for 59 years.Mrs. Eaton is survived by her husband of Castine; two sons, Lawrence Eaton of Florida and Kenneth R. Eaton of Castine; a sister, Hazel Calder of Campobello Island, New Brunswick, Canada; and four grandchildren....

EATON, GENEVIEVE - The death of Genevieve Eaton of Campobello, New Brunswick, occurred at the Campobello Lodge Nursing Home on December 30, 2005. Born in Pembrooke, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Burton and Alice (Leighton) Newman. Predeceased by her first husband, Lawrence Newman and second husband, Thomas Eaton; son Curtis Newman and sister, Evelyn Melanson. She is survived by step-son, Thomas (TG) Eaton of Florida; sister, Muriel Mallock of Campobello, NB; daughter-in-law, Charlotte; grandchildren, Bruce Newman of Fredericton, NB and Larry (Gayle) Newman of Huntsville, Ont; great grandchildren, Michiah Newman, Justin and Lindsay Newman; step-grand daughter, Blythe Eaton; special friend, Gloria Newman of Campobello; several nieces and nephews. The memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at the Wilson's Beach Baptist Church with Rev. Austin Calder officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the Wilson's Beach Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
