Abraham Ferguson and wife Louise Holland

  Abraham Ferguson was born May 7, 1808 in Chester Co., South Carolina, the son of Francis & Hannah �Lewis� Ferguson. He died Oct. 6, 1871 in Choctaw Co., Miss., and was buried at New Hope Presbyterian Church Cemetery, in Webster Co., Miss.! Abraham married Louise Holland abt. 1832 in Pickens Co., Alabama. Louise was born abt. 1815 in Alabama, and died after 1880 in Sumner Co., (now Webster Co., Miss.) She was the daughter of  Absalom & Elizabeth �Douglas� Holland. And Louise�s grandfather was Charles Holland, who was a Rev. War Soldier. Louise�s parent�s, and her grandfather were all buried at New Hope Presbyterian Church Cemetery, in Webster Co., Miss.

 Abraham & Louise had 10 children, according to birth they were; Lewis Abrahm Ferguson, born Oct. 13, 1833 in Pickens Co., Alabama, and died Dec. 3, 1906 in Webster Co., Miss. He married Mary Catherine McCarter, and they were buried at Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery, in Webster Co., Miss. Absalom Holland Ferguson was born Nov. 4, 1837 in Pickens Co., Ala., married Penina Stallings abt. 1866. They had nine children. Sarah E. Alice Ferguson was born abt. 1838/1839 in Choctaw Co., Miss. She married Albert L. Shaffer bef. 1855 in Choctaw Co., Miss. Mary L. Fergusom was born abt. 1841, no other info.! James Franklin Ferguson was born June 11, 1844 in Choctaw Co., Miss., and died Apr. 22, 1926 in Pontotoc Co., Miss.! He married Judah Winefrey Berry Dec. 4, 1866 in Oktibbeha Co., Miss. And they had 12 children! Martha A. E. Ferguson was born Dec. 7, 1846, and died Oct. 22, 1921 in Webster Co., Miss. She married Allen Parks Bland, they had nine children!

Allen & Martha were buried at Providence Methodist Church Cemetery, at Maben, Webster Co., Miss.! David Ferguson was born abt. 1848, no other info. about him. Louisa Adaline Ferguson was born Oct. 22, 1849, and died Mar. 1, 1933 in Webster Co., Miss. She married William Henry Howe Apr. 19, 1882 in Webster Co., Miss. Wm. & Louisa were buried at Sapa Baptist Church Cemetery, Sapa, Webster Co., Miss.!  And they had 6 children. Amanda M. E. Ferguson was born July 1852, she married John Rufus Hamilton Nov. 1, 1876 in Choctaw Co., Miss., and they had 5 children. William C. Ferguson was born abt. 1856, no other info. about him. Several of Abraham Ferguson Ancestor�s lived in Pickens & Greene Co., Alabama. And some lived in Carroll, Attala, and Oktibbeha Co., Miss. His father;

Francis Ferguson lived in Greene Co., Alabama, until his death. Francis was buried at Old Hebron Cemetery, in Greene Co., Alabama. Francis was born abt. 1775 in Chester Co., South Carolina, the son of Abraham & Jane �Ginderat� Ferguson!
