Directions: From Hwy 70, take Hwy. 47 south to Main Street/Booneslick. Turn
right. at bottom of Main St., turn left on Hwy U. Go about 7 miles.
Church/cemetery will be on your right.
It is a very well maintained small cemetery. About 85% of the tombstones in
the cemetery have been transcribed. . There are a few that are unreadable or
would require more time to try and transcribe. Quite a few are written in
German.

MCCANN, Rob’t. This stone is weathered. The last name appears to read ‘MCCANN‘,
but could be McCALL or MCCAMM. The tombstone reads (what can be read): Co. H.
3rd, ???? Cav., did (died) Set (assume they meant Sept) 13, 1876. Around the
engraved words is a shape something similar to a policemans badge shape. The
words are inside of the shape.
