Ethel Lee Rogers Kowalski

Ethel Lee Rogers Kowalski died December 16, 1992 at the age of 71 years. She was born January 2, 1921 in Galena, Missouri. Mrs. Kowalski the was eldest of seven children of Russell Rogers and Martha Elizabeth Meeks. In the 1940's Mrs. Kowalski was a school teacher in Galena. Although she moved to California after her marriage she was very interested in the happenings around Stone County, and subscribed to the newspaper for many years. Her autobigraphy is in The History of Stone County, Volume II.
