Memorial Obituary Entered Into Eternal Rest Sunday, April 7, 1968 (Submitted by Ken and Pam Coones)

Mrs. Spicey Wilbur, 85, of 520 W. 3rd, died Sunday night in the local hospital. She had been a Stuttgart resident for the past 49 years.

Mrs. Wilbur was born Oct. 3, 1882 at Galena, Mo., She was a member of the First Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, B.E. Wilbur, in 1954. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Dee Cross, Stuttgart; a son, Merritt Wilbur, Poplar Bluff, Mo., four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Two sisters, Mrs. Jim Benhan, Missouri, and Mrs. Charles Hanniff, California.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2p.m. Thursday in Morgan Funeral Home Chapel by he Rev. Grant Berry of First Christian Church. Burial will be in Lone Tree Cemetery. (Obituary from The Daily Leader, Stuttgart, Ark.)
