Myrtle Turner-Coker was born September 30, 1892 in Stone County, Missouri. She died July 18, 1982. Funeral services were held in the Meadors Chapel in Clever, Missouri on July 21, 1982 with Rev. Loyd Wilson officiating. Burial was in Short Cemetery.

Mrs. Coker was a lifelong resident of Stone and Christian Counties. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Claud Coker; two daughters; Mrs. Ruby Eutsler and Mrs. Mable Baker.

Survivors include; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Johnson, Mrs. Reba Rowland, and Mrs. Hattie Skaggs. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
