St.
Clair County Millard Fillmore Allen MILLARD
FILLMORE ALLEN, a native of Allen County, Kentucky, was born in 1850,
and was the son of Lee Allen, a Kentuckian by birth, born in 1825, who,
in 1848, was married to Elizabeth Russell, of the same state. In 1853,
the family leaving the state of their birth, went to Arkansas, from
whence, after living there three years, they came to St. Clair County,
Missouri, locating where Millard F. now resides. In 1872 he was married
to Miss Samantha Myers, a daughter of Daniel Myers, of this county. They
have had five children: Loge, Bird, Nola, Bert and Delia. Four of these
are living. Mr. Allen is the owner of a beautiful farm of 240 acres,

for agricultural purposes this is unsurpassed in the township.
Politically he is a Democrat. |
