Clymer
Family Cemetery, Raspberry Family Cemetery, and Spradlin Family
Cemetery:
My grandfather told me about three
other family cemeteries, all within 1.5 miles of the
Sanders Cemetery. The other three are almost
completely inaccessible because of neglect over the years - the
wild brush and undergrowth are so thick. He and Elmer Sanders
tried to clean them out about 10 years ago, and wrote down what
they could read off some of the stones. These cemeteries are in
the middle of the woods on private farms. The names of the
cemeteries are: Spradlin Family Cemetery,
Raspberry Family Cemetery, and Clymer
Family Cemetery. Contributed by:
John Maurath
Clymer
Cemetery, 1865-1913, 20 graves, a
lot of tombstones were leaning against a tree.
Note: My cousin Arlie Smith and I stumbled across
the Clymer Cemetery in our travels. The stones were highly
weathered and hard to read.

I learned of the GNIS link through Lynn
Ainsworth who also submitted the following information:
"A trick I learned the hard way. When a cemetery is associated
with a church, the GNIS will many times not find it. If you
search for the church name you will find the location of the
cemetery, ie. Silent Hill Church will give you the cemetery
location. This has helped us locate cemeteries several times.
