January 2012 Robison County, NC - 1790 Census - All Other Free People The Lumbee claim descent from the Lost Colonists.  Joy King extracted all of the people in the Robison County, NC census in 1790 listed under the category of "all other free".  This is where people of color who were not enslaved were categorized, including all non-reservation Indians.  Following Robeson is also Onslow County.
