• Divorce indexes since July 1948. No fee. Certified copies are not available from the State Health Department. Inquiries will be forwarded to the appropriate office. Copies should be available from the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the county where the divorce was granted.
• Marriage indexes since July 1948. No fee. Correspondent will be referred to appropriate Recorder of Deeds in county where license was issued.

• Marriages prior to 1845 may be found in Barry, Dade, or Greene Counties.
