Isaac B. KIMBRELL is a member of the law firm of Kimbrell & McNatt, of Aurora, Mo., and was born in Estill County, Ky., September 8, 1862, and is a son of Marion B. and Catherine (GRIFFITH) KIMBRELL, who were also natives of the "Blue Grass State." Marion Kimbrell was a farmer by occupation, and lived in Kentucky until 1872, when he located in Callaway County, Mo., and there still resides. His father, John Kimbrell, was a North Carolinian, and became a resident of Kentucky at an early day. The following are the children born to Marion Kimbrell: Laura, Basil, Horace, William, Emma, John, Parker, Bert and Isaac B. The latter was reared in Kentucky until ten years of age, and received a liberal education in Ayer's Academy at College Hill, Ky. In 1872 he came to Missouri with his parents, and completed his education at Central College, Fayette, Mo., and Missouri State University. He was a special student in the law department of the latter place, and in October, 1887, was admitted to the bar of Lawrence County. In November, 1887, he came to Aurora and formed a law partnership with Carr McNatt, and they are building up a good law practice, Mr. Kimbrell was married February 27, 1887, to Lillie LEASE, of Centralia, Mo., a daughter of Chauncey LEASE, and both he and wife are members of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
