If you want to check this out yourself:

Go to http://www.familysearch.com and click on the Custom Search tab.  Then select IGI.
Type in the Batch Number in the blank provided, and select a region, and click on search.

To find the batch numbers for Adair County look for names you know of, example: John J. Jones,
and find the batch number, example: MXXXXXX.  Then the batch number, with no names, and you will get the
entire list of marriages in that batch.  When it gives you the search results, there are boxes on the left side.

I did not provide an association of husband and wife.
When I have time I will go back and update it to include the husband or wife.
Mean while you can check it out yourself by clicking on the individual you are interested in and obtaining that information.

Or if you want to do a batch of people follow these instructions:
Click on the box to select the records you want to download - up to 50 at a time.  Then you can download those
records into a GEDCOM file.  I  loaded those GEDCOM's into a Family Tree Maker,
or another program that supports a GEDCOM file and just kept appending the records to the same file.
There is a lot of merging because you get duplicate records since it shows the marriage for both husband and wife.
