I Wolfgang Hoefer of the County
of Cole in the State of Missouri do make and publish this my last will and
testament.
First I give and bequeath to my daughter Margaretha one third of my real as well
as of my personal property. Second I do also give and bequeath unto my only son
Adam one third of my real as well as of my personal property. Third, and lastly,
as to all the ?????? and remainder of all my real and personal estate whatsoever
after payment of all my just debts including all house and other furniture I
give and bequeath the same to my beloved wife Katharine Hoefer with the
particular understanding? that she my wife shall have the full and ????? of all
my real and personal property whatsoever until my youngest child be of the age
of twenty-one years of age and I hereby appoint my wife ???? executrix of this
my last will and testament hereby making all former wills and testament by me
????.
In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand on the twenty eight day of December A.D. Eighteen Hundred
and fifty seven.

named Wolfgang Hoefer to be his last will and testament in the presence of us
who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto.
