Last Will and Testament of Peter Griesser

In the name of God Amen I Peter Griesser do hereby make and publish my last will & testament in manner and form following that is to say I do direct that after my death all my estate all? & every necessarys? plantations lands ?????? hospitaments? live stock horses cattle hogs & whatever will be in my hands household furnitures tools utensils & instruments & whatever will be in my possession either in cash or in due bills at the day of my death shall be and remain the absolute property of my wife Agathe Greisser with full power and authority to dispose of all & every article in as full & large a manner in every respect as she will do if living.

2nd I do hereby appoint my wife Agatha Greisser as sole executor & administrator of this my last will & testament in witness whereof I hereto set my hand and this 12? day of January A.D. 1857.

Be it remembered that on this 18th day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven by one G.A. Parsons Clerk of the County Court within and for County of Cole personally appeared Francis Eppenhoff and John Hoechel? who being by me duly sworn upon their oaths dis???? and ???? that they were present and saw Peter Grisser sign the foregoing instrument p????? to be the last will and testament of him the said Peter Greisser and heard him publish and declare the same to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same the said Peter Greisser was of sound and disposing mind and that we each scribed our names thereto as witnesses to the same and in the presence of the testator and of each other and at the request of the said Peter Greisser.
