In Name of God amen, I Hermann Henry Neiters of Cole Co. Mo. being in perfect ??? and presence of mind do hereby publish & make my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say it is my will and last judgment that after my death my body should be ????tly interred in the Roman Catholic Graveyard of Liberty Township near Taos ??? St. Francis X Church at the place where my deceased wife ????. This and other funeral services including the use of the? church to be performed with solemnity at said Church. Second is my last Will and Testament that after my death each of my ?????? and most beloved children or grandchildren if their parents are deceased should have once? the sum of twenty five dollars.

Third it is my last Will that my Godson Herman Henry Replo shall have the same sum of twenty five dollars. Fourth I do hereby give to the Roman Catholic Church the same ????? ?????? ????? for funeral services according to the rights ??? ???? of said Church the sum of twenty five dollars said services should be performed at the Church near which I shall be buried.

I do hereby appoint my beloved son-in-law Richard Replo executor of this my last will and judgment revoking all other wills previous made this 3rd day of April 1855 in witness my hand.

Dull subscribing witnesses to the last will and testament of Hermann Henry Neiters deceased do ???? that the testator Hermann Henry Neiters the testator signed the foregoing will as his last will and testament in their presence and that the said testator was of sound mind at the time of the foregoing and that we subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the testator and at his request signed? ???.
