In the name of God Amen, I Anthony Goser of Liberty Township in the County of Cole and State of Missouri do hereby make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following towith?

Fourth, I give, devise and bequeath to my sons Paul and Anthony Goser the farm on which we now reside situated in said County and known and described as the northwest southeast and northwest southeast quarter of section twenty nine in township forty four and in range ten west and all the live stock, horses, cattle, sheep, hogs etc. by me now owned and kept therein and all the household furniture and the ???? of personal property not therein ?????strated or otherwise disposed of in this will.

Fifth, I declare it to be my will that my daughters Mary and Rosa and my son Michael receive the money I bequeathed to them in this will as soon as possible after opening this testament after my death.
And lastly, I hereby constitute and appoint Nicholas ????? Executor of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me made and satisfying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I the said Anthony Goser have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty four.

Be it remembered that on this 4th Day of June A.D. 1864, personally appeared before the undersigned Clerk of the County Court of the County and State aforesaid Christopher Gotschel and Philip Workman? the subscribing witnesses to the ????? will of Anton Goser and being by me first duly sworn ???? and say that the said Anton Goser the testator subscribed the same in their presence and published the said will as his last will and testament that the said testator was at the time publishing his said will of sound mind and more than twenty one years of age and that they the said ?????? attested the said will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of said testator.
