Enloe Funeral Held in Paradise
Many friends were present at the Craig Memorial Presbyterian Church in
Paradise this afternoon to pay their respects to the memory of Emma
Augusta Enloe, wife of
Dr. Enoch David (E.D.) Enloe of Paradise,
who died at the Cypress Acres Rest Home Saturday, after an extended
illness. Rev. Robert Kennan, pastor of the Craig Memorial Presbyterian
Church of Paradise, officiated at the services. Carl Hunter sang "Lead
Kindly Light" and Twenty-Third Psalm, he was accompanied by Mrs. Ruth
Crittendon Brookes. Interment was in the Paradise Cemetery. Friends who
served as casketbearers were Oren Collett, R.A. Howe, Ben Filer, Charles
Fox, A.R. McConnell and W.H. Henderson. The Bruise Funeral Home of Chico
completed arrangements.
