Funeral of Baby Bittick
The funeral of the little baby of Bertha Bittick of 920 So. Monroe St. was conducted Tuesday afternoon at the home, the writer officating. This is the second little one of Mrs. Bittick's children that have been claimed by death in the past 10 day's. Surely her cup of sorrow has been full. She, with her 8 children, have been ill with measles. Mrs. Hertle, Mrs. Phillips, Mrs. Agel and others have been very kind to help Mrs. Bittick in her distress. Dr. Aldridge has done everything a physician could do for this needy family. Mrs. Bittick desires to express her thanks to all who have befriended her. She is certainly deserving of the help and sympathy of all good people.
