BAKER, JOHNSON, SPIVY posted by Gerald N. Johnson on Wednesday, May 28, 1997

I'm looking for any information on David JOHNSON who died in about 1822. Missouri Taxpayers 1816-1826 shows he paid taxes before then and then his son Jonathan said he had died 1822. One source indicates his wife was Margarette and children included William, Davis, Jonathan, Noble, Constant, Ranson, Sally, and Willie. His father may have been William and the family appears to have lived in Kentucky before moving to Missouri. Census entries for Noble (my gggp) show him born in North or South Carolina. My source says Sally married James SPIVY and Willie married a BAKER
