Mr. Short and Miss Jennie Anderson
Short---Anderson.--- On Wednesday evening of last week, a quiet wedding took place at the residence of Alfred Anderson, on Pacific street. In the presence of a number of friends of the contracting parties, his daughter, Miss Jennie Anderson, was united in marriage to Mr. Short, of Kansas City. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J. W. Heagan. After a few days visit in Lamar, the young couple left for their home in Kansas City, where' Mr. Short is in the employ of the Gulf railroad company.
