| Research Note | Caddie Mae (Montgomery) Shoopman Donna Cooper's note: Caddie May's husband was Lon Shoopman. His name on his death certificate is Alonzo Jackson Shoopman. He was married and a farmer. His wife was Cadie Mae Shoopman. He was a son of Andrew Jackson Shoopman and Martha Jane Hughes. Mrs. Thurmond Prier of Butterfield, MO was the informant on the death certificate. Lon's death certificate gives her name as Cadie May (Montgomery) Shoopman. SSDI gives her last residence as Butterfield MO. She was the daughter of William Denton Montgomery and Edna Alice Berryhill. Caddie and Lon are both buried in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Caddie is listed as May on her stone was born May 28, 1886 and died Aug. 1971; and Lon was born in KY, Oct. 4, 1883 and died Dec. 3, 1950. |
