| Research Note | Ella Pease and James Mooney married on Dec. 28, 1898, Miami, Indian Territory, OK, and in this picture she has no child and doesn't look pregnant, so I say this one was made before Loyd was born in Sept. of 1900. It could have been after they returned from their year's stay in OK, when they returned to Missouri. This is the Westfall home, I think, because I remember the old structure that was still standing in the fifties.
Pictured in Washburn at the Cornelius Westfall home place, are from left to right James Mooney, Ella Pease Mooney, Minnie Pease, Janetta (Fetrow) Pease, James Pease. In front, Estella Pease playing instrument and step-grandma, Mary (Fetrow) Fetrow. |
