Maggie Gowen was born June 12, 1892 in Barry Co., MO, daughter of Burrell Anderson and Nancy Jane (Durham) Gowen, died June 7, 1968 in St. Vincent's Hospital, Monett, Barry Co., MO, buried Washburn Prairie Cemetery, Barry Co., MO. Chloe Caroline Roller, born March 5, 1894 in Barry Co., MO, married Coleman Bedford Pippin, Aug. 27, 1911 in Barry Co., MO, and died Feb. 26, 1979 and is buried in King's Cemetery, Barry Co., MO. She was a daughter of Jacob Wesley and Julia Harriet (Barnes) Roller. Janice Easley on Facebook, Barry County Places and Things Remembered said, These two pictures are also posted on the Gowen family tree and I really think they are the same two girls and are Maggie and Mary Gowen. Willie Gowen was my brother in law's father. Jon Horner's mother Adela Gowen Horner would know for sure.
