CONTRIBUTORS AWARDS
"BRAVE SCOUTS OF THE WABASHA TRIBE"

These people have contributed greatly to the growth of this site,
providing much-needed information for the use of family and professional genealogists.
We are in their debt.

FAITHFUL FORAGER

This woman braves the elements, insects, creepy-crawlies, and pollen to search out and gather photographs of Wabasha County tombstones. Back in her tepee, she laboriously catalogues her findings, typing out names and dates to make the webmaster's work easier. In the still of the night, she quietly but determinedly loads the webmaster's inbox full of information to publish on this site. And just to sweeten the pot, she often sails obituaries, marriage records and old photos through the ether to me. For those reasons, I have named
LINDA NOLL ~ FAITHFUL FORAGER!

FAITHFUL FORAGER

This woman has also braved the elements, insects, creepy-crawlies, and pollen to search out and transcribe Wabasha County tombstones. For this reason, I have also named
GLADYS HAMMEL ~ FAITHFUL FORAGER!

CHIEF SCOUT

This man hunts down information like a hungry wolf, willingly giving his own wampum for copies of records to scan and send to the webmaster. He stealthily prowls through family records for newspaper clippings and information to add to the site. He leaves not one stone unturned, and is constantly on the lookout for more items to add to the site for the good of all genealogists. For these reasons, I have named
BILL WISEN ~ CHIEF SCOUT!

HARVEST SHARER

This woman has faithfully and generously hunted, gathered and shared family information with other members of her and her husband's family, much of which has found its way to this site. She is not a harvest hoarder, and for this reason, I have named
CAROLINE MUCAHEY ~ HARVEST SHARER!

PICTOGRAPH PROTECTORS

These contributors have added a wealth of information and beauty to this site by contributing large amounts of family photos to this site, some identified and some not. The photos reflect an era that is long past ~ an era of lords and ladies of the new land. For this reason, I have named
BERNIE SCHWINDT AND ANONYMOUS PHYLDIERCK ~ PICTOGRAPH PROTECTORS!

HUNTER GATHERER

This man has hunted out and photographed several obscure cemeteries. He has gathered historical and descriptive information which, added to the scans provided by Bill Wisen for three of the cemeteries, have correctly identified and completed the Scotch Prairie Lutheran Cemetery, the Scotch Prairie Settlement Cemetery and the German Methodist Cemetery in West Albany Township as well as the German Methodist Cemetery in Glasgow Township, the only one which awaits transcription. For this reason, I have named
DELMAR BECKER ~ HUNTER GATHERER!

LOOKUP LOOKOUTS

These people have volunteered to do look-ups for the Wabasha GenWeb. They each have a special area of expertise and are willing to ferret out information within these areas for family genealogists. For this reason, I have named them LOOKUP LOOKOUTS!
