"This cemetery is where the original German Lutheran Church was in the "Westerhoff" settlement a few miles Southeast of Theilman. It's in section 5 of Highland Township, in the far SW corner of the of the SE quarter of the NW quarter. It is pretty easy to access, really, but you have to go up a dead end road a little ways."

This information is from Delmar Becker: This cemetery is located in Highland township about 1 mile up the West Indian Creek Valley from Theilman. Whippoorwill campground is now located at this place. Formerly this settlement was known as "Hampe's Mill" and was referred to by Mr. Hampe as "Westerhoff."
