Scott County Historical Society - The Stans Museum: I have included the Stans Museum in Le Sueur County resources because they have the notes of Harold Albrecht who was the town genealogist for Belle Plaine and surrounding area.  He made copious notes about local families from information he found in the Belle Plaine Herald.   The Herald did a good job of covering townships in the northern part of Le Sueur County.  The museum also has some church records which include Le Sueur residents.  235 Fuller St. S., Shakopee.  Phone:  952-445-0378.  Open:  TWF, 9-4; Th, 9-8; Sa, 11-3.
