A boarding ticket dated 14 Mar 1908 gave the names of three people booked for passage on the "Allan Liner" to sail from Europe to the U.S. The pass stated they were to travel by steamer or rail to the destination of Emerson, Manitoba. There names were Karen Person Moberg, 40, Hjalmar, 11, and Signe, 10. Karen Moberg was a widow coming to marry Gustaf Erickson. Gustaf was a widower and had two grown sons.
