Mabel Aanerud

Mabel P. Aanerud, 91 ESCONDIDO - Mabel P. Aanerud passed away on Dec. 18, 2007. She was born on April 6, 1916 in Albert Lea, MN. She was a member of the San Marcos Lutheran Church, and the Sons of Norway Lodge. She volunteered at Joslyn Senior Center in the gift shop. Mabel was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur in 1996. Mabel is survived by her sons, Dr. Ronald Aanerud and his wife, Donna, of Escondido and Kenneth Aanerud and his wife, Toni, of Yuma, AZ; daughter, Carol Smalley and her husband, Charles, of Denton, NC; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. There will be a private service. Alhiser-Comer Mortuary handled the arrangements.
