If you follow Cty Rd 15 N of Delavan to Cty Rd 18. 
Go West until you reach the 2nd gravel road.  Turn
right and it is on the right side of the road.
It is next to the Bass Lake Church, which is still
in use.  This cemetery had several broken stones that
I was not able to read.
