Schneider Road Cemetery
Freedom Township, Washtenaw County, MI


Rumored to once have been the site of a Catholic mission, this small abandoned cemetery is located on the west side of Schneider Road, .2 miles south of Pleasant Lake Road, at the intersection of Hieber Road. While neglected for many years, it has been cleaned up and the stones are visible from the street. Readings are by Mrs. George Ross of Ann Arbor, and printed in the 1960 Summer issue of the Detroit Society for Genealogical Research magazine on pages 180 and 181.
